Westbury on Severn Cricket Club

Following the widely acclaimed cricket tour in 2011, we have decided to revisit Brighton in 2012.  We have thought very carefully about dates for this year as we wanted to avoid the Olympics, Paralympics, Brighton Pride and the Gypsies game, as well as make sure we were in the school summer holidays to ensure as many people as possible could attend.

We have therefore made a tentative reservation at the New Madeira Hotel, on Brighton Sea front, for 3 nights from Monday 13^th of August 2012.  We have two confirmed fixtures against Brighton and Hove Crescent and Rottingdean (which is a fantastic ground!).

Prices look similar to last year, but we won’t have a final conformation until we have a better idea of numbers.  The full prices are likely to be around:

Playing adults: £145

Non playing adults: £130

Children under 16: £80

Price includes hotel stay including breakfast (which was fantastic last year!), all cricketing expenses and a lunch buffet on arrival on Monday 13^th.

We require a deposit of £50 for each person to secure the hotel rooms by the 1^st March 2012. You can pay deposits by cheque made out to Westbury-on-Severn Cricket Club Tour Fund, to Gary Morgan or Ian Nice.  Alternatively contact Ian Nice for details of how to make a payment via electronic bank transfer.
